Bio

Jill J Galloway is an internationally recognized artist, an art dealer and an art enrichment speaker. She has spent over 15 years teaching art and history at the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery. Her interactive “learning to look” presentations use art as a vehicle to unlock stories of culture, people, and history. In January 2025, Jill set sail on a new chapter—as an art enrichment speaker aboard boutique cruise ships.

Each session invites audiences to interpret artworks in a fun, engaging way making history come alive through the lens of art.

When she’s not speaking, Jill is mentoring emerging artists and showcasing artwork at major art fairs around the globe—bringing creative voices to new audiences and staying at the forefront of the international art scene.
